Use of our Website includes without limitation the following activities: accessing, creating a user account, submitting enquiries, booking an appointment, and receiving confirmation of appointment and any other communication from Our staff.

The Website is a site operated by Avantmed Limited.
When you are communicating with us you are transacting with Avantmed Limited a company registered in Malta with registered address at The Bastions Office no 2, Emvin Cremona Street, Floriana FRN 1281 Malta. In these terms we use the term ““We”, “Us” or “Our” to refer to the company operating the Website.
Service and Website Functionality
The Website is an online tool of our service of booking and organising, delivering and testing COVID-19 tests to registered Users (the “Service”).
The Service shall be available in strictly the following languages: English/Maltese.
The Website provides (including but not limited to) the following functionalities:
Your use of Our Services
User is the person, who has the legal capacity to enter into a contract in Malta, and who registers an account on the Website.
Our Service is offered at a charge.
The provision of the Service offered on the Website shall be subject to the User opening an account.
Limitations of the Services
Service shall be booked through the website.
In case the User requires emergency medical needs or believes that the User is dealing with a medical emergency, the User is to call 112 and/or 196
You acknowledge that Avantmed Limited reserves the right to cease the provisions of services at any time.
User Content
Any communication submitted by the User must be accurate, truthful and respectful. Any content posted by the User shall not contain any offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate or defamatory language and/or content. Any offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory and defamatory content will warrant a deletion of the User’s account.
Any comments and opinions submitted by Users shall solely reflect the opinion of the User and shall not in any event reflect or be interpreted as the opinion of Avantmed Limited.
User content posted on the Website shall not be shared by Us with any third parties.
The Users shall be solely liable for the accuracy of any and all information and/or media provided by the Users through the Website.
Other Terms that might apply to your Use of the Website
Since for the provision of our services it is necessary to obtain personal information on the Users, some of which is sensitive data relating to User’s health, we have implemented a specific Policy on our Website which terms regulate the processing of personal data of the Users (“Privacy Policy”), which sets out the terms pursuant to which we process any personal data we collect from the Users as well as information that the User(s) provide us. Additionally our Privacy Policy also sets out whether User personal data is processed by any third party and whether cookies are in use Our website.

Furthermore with regards to the use of Platform, the Platform’s policies may apply to the use of this Website.
Amendments to the Terms

The Users’s continued use of the Website after the effective date of revisions of these Terms constitutes the User’s understanding and acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that the User regularly reviews this page. By accessing and registering an account on the Website, the User agrees to these Terms. In the event the User does not agree with these Terms, then the User must not use the Website, nor our services offered, and should cancel any pending or confirmed booking request.

We may at our sole discretion update, change, add or remove the available information regarding properties and/or other services and/or sections available on our Website at any time. You are aware that any content, information or data available on the Website, whether generated by us or made available on a third party website, may be out of date at any given time. We assume no obligation to update this information. We provide no guarantee or undertaking that the Website and the platform, content, information and data made available through it will be free from errors or omissions.

We do not guarantee that our Website or that any content made available on it will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Website without notice. Avantmed Limited respects the rights of intellectual property owners. Any content such as logos, images, articles and/or videos provided on the website belong to Avantmed Limited, unless otherwise specified.

No intellectual property rights in that content are transferred to you and may not be reproduced, used or represented by you in any way, unless expressly authorised by Avantmed Limited and within restrictions laid out by Avantmed.

For the avoidance of doubt, data collection activities, including data mining, scraping, data extraction and data harvesting of content on the Website, using any systematic, manual or automated means (such as robots, harvesting bots, scrapers, or spiders), without the express permission, from Avantmed Limited is expressly prohibited. Avantmed Limited does not warrant that access or use of the Website shall be uninterrupted or error-free. All Services provided on the Website shall be provided “as-is”. Avantmed Limited does not warrant that any documents or media provided for download by the Users shall be free of viruses, trojan horses or other harmful software. The Users are solely responsible for implementing procedures sufficient to satisfy their security needs.
Any content posted by the Users(s) be the sole and exclusive liability of the User’s. Avantmed excludes any liability arising from such content.

By using the Website, you acknowledge that we accept no responsibility or liability to anyone, in connection with or arising from the use of or its content on any basis whatsoever and that anyone who relies on the same, in whole or in part, for any purpose does so entirely at their own risk.
By providing links to other websites or third party software, the Website does not guarantee, approve or endorse the information or products available on these websites, which are entirely operated by third parties. Where the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.
Viruses
Avantmed Limited does not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You must not misuse our Website and/or the Platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. We will not be deemed to be in breach of these terms or liable for any breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy due to any event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, terrorism, war, invasion, failures of any public networks, electrical shortages, earthquakes or floods, civil disorder, strikes, fire or other disaster.

Our site is directed to people residing in Malta.
Effectiveness
This policy is effective as from 20TH May 2021. Any material changes in the way we use personal information will be described in future versions of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms, its subject matter and its formation are governed by Maltese law. You agree that the courts of Malta will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any proceedings resulting from your use of the Website.
Avantmed Limited provides COVID-19 testing services using different types of tests (commonly referred to as “PCR” and “Rapid Antigen Test” RAT tests). Avantmed Limited does not provide travel or medical or other advisory services concerning which type of COVID-19 test you need to take depending on your circumstances. Avantmed Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages or losses you may suffer as a result of you choosing to submit to one type of COVID-19 test as opposed to another. Please choose which test to take, carefully, depending on your requirements.
