Our concierge service takes all the guesswork out of your foreign medical treatment experience. Our registered nurses, will work closely with you, your insurance company, and the health care facility you will be visiting to ensure the entire process is safe, stress free, and at the most competitive price possible.
We offer several different services within our Concierge Services. For your trip and surgery, we offer the following:
- Assess surgical needs
- Coordinate with recommended hospital
- Negotiate prices
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Special rates at partner hotels
- Pick-up at the airport and assist getting to hotel
- Make arrangements for transportation to/from the hospital
- Make sure patient is following all surgical instructions prior to the surgery
- Follow up with patient after surgery.
- Assist patient getting back to airport
- Assist patient with recreational travel/ activities if desired
