0 new COVID-19 cases in Malta

No new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Wednesday  15th June as three more patients recovered.

There were no new deaths reported over the last 24hrs, and the number of active cases is now down to just 51 people.

There have now been a total of 419 deaths to date as well as 30,582 confirmed cases.

More than half the local population is now fully vaccinated

The number of vaccination jabs increased to 589,507, with 260,424 people now fully vaccinated.

Vaccination is currently available to anyone aged 16 and over, with plans to make vaccines available to children aged over 12 also in the pipeline.
